Basic rules for the site and the private panel

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Keep access credentials secure.
• Do not submit unlawful, offensive, fraudulent, or third-party rights-infringing content.
• Do not interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Responsibility for event content

Arely y Jorge Oscar is responsible for invitation content, guest selection, and the data entered into the platform.

Maped Solutions provides the infrastructure and does not act as the event organizer.

Intellectual property and no transfer

Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design system, infrastructure, or technical components.

Current technical state

The service is provided in its current technical state.

Continuous availability, error-free operation, email delivery, or compatibility with every device or browser is not guaranteed.

Availability and security

Reasonable maintenance and security measures are applied, but continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security updates, or third-party provider incidents.

Sensitive data

Users should not submit sensitive personal data unless explicitly requested and necessary for the event.

Deletion and contact

There is currently no self-service account deletion function in the private panel.

Deletion requests may be submitted through the contact channels listed in the Privacy Policy.

Basic limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the technical operator is not liable for indirect damages or for content submitted by private-panel users.

The technical operator is also not liable for failures caused exclusively by third-party providers, the general network, or the actions of the user.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
